Scope:

I established the employer brand function at a global edtech organization, laying the foundation for a robust Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that resonated with senior leaders and stakeholders. By aligning messaging and positioning, I led the strategy for executive communication and thought leadership across earned media, social platforms, and internal communications.

Enhanced the employee and candidate experience through:

  • A refreshed Career site

  • Updated materials for interviewing and onboarding

  • Support for both in-person and virtual employee events

  • Increased LinkedIn engagement to 7%, with followers surpassing the 200k mark

  • Led the successful re-launch of the Career site and produced two live company updates with simultaneous live streaming across three continents
