Strategic Communications Leader: Executive Messaging · Employer Brand · Change Storytelling.
I’m a strategic communications leader who translates complex ideas into clarity that moves people. I’ve spent a decade helping executives, teams, and brands tell the truth well, especially when the stakes are high. My sweet spot is the overlap of internal comms, employer brand, and executive storytelling.
I am currently leading comms at Curriculum Associates, supporting 2,500 employees across 8 global markets.

How I Think
Clarity is my north star. I believe communication isn’t decoration, it’s infrastructure. The best messaging systems are invisible because they make everything else work better.
I start by naming what’s true, even when it’s messy. Good strategy requires context, courage, and the humility to test assumptions. I’d rather slow down for alignment than fix confusion later.
AI, analytics, and storytelling all serve the same purpose in my world: helping people see, decide, and act faster with confidence. I treat tools as amplifiers, not replacements.
My favorite problems live at the intersection of human behavior and business change. How do you keep people informed without overwhelming them? How do you build trust when the message itself might be hard?
Those are my favorite puzzles, and I like solving them.
What I Bring
Strategic Translation. I turn executive vision into clear, credible messaging that employees actually understand and believe.
Operational Empathy. I’ve led comms across product launches, layoffs, and reorganizations. I know how to balance transparency with steadiness.
Systems Thinking. I build frameworks, not one-offs. From intranet governance to AI-enabled workflows, my goal is to make clarity repeatable.
Voice Crafting. I help leaders sound human and teams sound aligned. I’ve ghostwritten town halls, built brand playbooks, and coached first-time managers through tough conversations.
Cross-sector Range. Agency, corporate, nonprofit. I can talk to engineers, product managers, HR leads, and CEOs in their own language.
Who I Am
My background stretches from public affairs to edtech, from small agencies to global brands. I’ve led messaging for organizations navigating growth, AI adoption, and culture change.
I hold a degree in Urban Studies and spent a lot of time digging into organizational psychology and sociology, mostly because I’m fascinated by how humans think, feel, and organize themselves into groups to build community. That curiosity still drives how I approach leadership and storytelling today.
Outside of work, I like things that engage both my mind and my body: running, slowly but purposefully; making things with my hands, from my grandmother’s banana bread recipe to sewing a new winter jacket out of an old quilt; writing fiction and personal essays; and “vibe coding,” I’m building a habit tracker that helps people map when they’re most effective so they can design days that work with their energy instead of against it.
I care for pets, plants, and small humans, and I love watching them all thrive.
